Returns & Replacements
Something wrong with your order? Damaged, defective, misprinted, the wrong item or lost in transit — we'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you don't need to send anything back. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Changed your mind? Unworn, unwashed items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. US returns get a prepaid label (a flat $5.99 is deducted from the refund); outside the US, return shipping is paid by the customer. Personalized items can only be returned if faulty. EU & UK customers also keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
